History of the Little Rock Office

The CoreSource Little Rock office opened in November 1996 as Corporate Benefit Solutions (CBS).  Providing the best customer service was the cornerstone on which CBS built its reputation, and by providing that level of service, CBS grew to become the largest privately held third-party administrator in Arkansas.
 
CBS was acquired by CoreSource in January 2002. The acquisition provided CBS with national strength, financial backing and the ability to bring enriched perspectives from various regions, while local management retained the flexibility to negotiate and respond to the local market.

The Little Rock staff is committed to meeting the needs of their clients. Local leadership has been with the office since its inception and offers more than 73 years of combined service in the industry. Employees in the veteran claims department offer more than 300 years’ combined experience.

The Little Rock office is located at 1811 Rahling Road in the Chenal area of west Little Rock.
