Kim Fiori – President
Kim was named President in October 2009 and is responsible for all aspects of NGS CoreSource operations, including claims, marketing, underwriting, management information systems, plan documentation, client services and continuation coverage administration. Kim had served as Senior Vice President, Operations, since January 2008. She joined NGS in 2004 as Vice President, Managed Care Strategies, with more than 12 years experience in the managed care industry. Kim earned a Master's Degree from Walsh College.
Peter R. Griffin – Chief Financial Officer
Peter is responsible for NGS CoreSource financial policies and procedures by providing operational and administrative direction to the accounting, budgeting, treasury, tax and risk management functions. Peter joined NGS CoreSource in 2001, having worked for the ANR Pipeline Company since 1977. At ANR, he held various positions in corporate finance, treasury, trust investments, venture capital, real estate and administrative services. He has a Bachelor's of Business Administration from University of Michigan and a Master's of Business Administration from University of Detroit.
William C. Ellwood – Senior Vice President, Marketing
Bill is responsible for developing and delivering the most comprehensive tools for third-party administrators (TPAs) and for delivering premier client service. In 1986, he joined NGS CoreSource, helping to develop and market a unique eligibility and entitlement application that was subsequently patented by our company. He has extensive experience in establishing TPAs: In 1982, he was the founder of a Minnesota TPA, which eventually became part of Blue Cross Blue Shield of Minnesota. He also helped develop one of the first TPAs in the country in western Michigan. In 1986, Bill joined Aetna Life & Casualty, and was voted Aetna's top Third-Year group sales person. Bill Ellwood has a Bachelor's in Business Administration from the University of Texas.
Patrice LeBlanc – Senior Vice President, Client Services
As Senior Vice President, Client Services, Patrice leads a diverse group of Account Managers through new client implementations and day-to-day operations of ongoing client issues and requests, while mentoring and fostering long term-client relationships.
Patrice offers experience essential to training new Account Managers and working with clients because she has worked in all departments during her nearly 30-year tenure with NGS CoreSource. She has worked in the Client Services department since 1986.
Patrice holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Walsh College.
Susan Darga-Martino – Senior Vice President, Claims Administration
Susan is responsible for overseeing daily claims operations for medical, dental, disability and flex plans. She was the first employee to join NGS CoreSource when it opened for business in 1979, and during her tenure, she has held management positions in claims, underwriting and communications. She helped develop several products, including continuation coverage services and flexible benefit plan administration services. Susan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Madonna University.
Sherryl A. Mulcahey – Senior Vice President, Special Services
Sherryl is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of Quality Assurance, Critical Claims and Utilization Management services. She joined NGS CoreSource in 1981 with a background in medical billing and insured health programs. In addition to her contributions on numerous committees relating to system development and regulation requirements, she has worked as a Medical Claim Analyst and a Medical Claim Unit Manager at NGS CoreSource. She was appointed to Senior Vice President of the Claims Operation in 1992 and to her current position in 2007.
Scott McLellan – Vice President, Sales Manager
Scott is responsible for new business development and the retention and servicing of existing clients, along with other managerial duties. In July 2002, he joined NGS CoreSource as Assistant Vice President, Sales, and was promoted to his current role in January 2005. Scott was a Senior Account Executive with Great West Life in Southfield, Mich., where he managed a large medical and pension book of business for two years through June 2002. Previously, he worked at SelectCare, a managed care organization in southeast Michigan, serving as an Account Executive and as Sales Manager. He started his career with Metropolitan Life Insurance Company in 1991. Scott has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Financial Administration from Michigan State University.
Michael T. O'Grady – Vice President, Sales
Michael is responsible for developing new business and retaining and servicing existing clients. He joined NGS CoreSource in 1988 and became a member of the Sales Team in 1998. Previously, he worked in managed care and provider relations. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Healthcare Administration from Mercy College of Detroit and a Master's of Business Administration from Wayne State University.
Marianne Farley – Vice President, Sales
Marianne is responsible for developing new business and retaining and servicing existing clients. She joined NGS CoreSource in 1988 with 12 years of group health experience. Prior to joining the sales department in 1990, she managed the NGS CoreSource Client Services and Underwriting departments. Previously, she held staff and management level positions in client service and group sales with two major insurance companies and a large Michigan-based third-party administrator.
