Nancy Chase – Assistant Vice President of Operations
Nancy worked in all aspects of operations at CoreSource Columbus before being named Assistant Vice President, Operations in 2006.
In 1988, she joined J.W. Didion & Associates, a third-party administrator that later became CoreSource. Nancy started in Customer Service area and went on to work as Quality Assurance Coordinator and Director of Claims and Customer Service before being promoted to her current position.
Previously, she worked in Claims and Customer Service for Aetna and served as Supervisor of Health Accounting for Nationwide Insurance Co.
Nancy attended Ohio State University.
Kevin Foltz – Assistant Vice President, Sales
Kevin was named Assistant Vice President, Sales, for the CoreSource Columbus office in July 2007, approximately 13 years after he joined CoreSource and began his employee benefits career.
Before he was appointed to his current position, Kevin served as Sales Executive for about five years. For three years through July 2002, he worked in Account Management and was responsible for all aspects of client satisfaction and client retention, including renewals, strategy meetings, client meetings and reporting analysis. Previously, he worked in various roles in Operations.
Kevin attended Columbus State Community College. He received his Resident Agent Insurance License in Life, Accident & Health and Variable Annuities in April 2000.
Susan Paul – Client Manager
Susan was named Client Manager in 2004, bringing more than 10 years of group benefits experience to CoreSource Columbus. Her experience includes rating, underwriting and client management in the middle and large group medical, dental and life markets. She successfully implemented managed care plans for several national clients in the late 1980s and early 1990s.
Susan currently manages the OASIS Trust, a dental voluntary employee beneficiary association for the school districts of Ohio; School Educators’ Trust, a life insurance trust established for Ohio school districts and insured through MetLife; the CoreSource/Trustmark Employee Plan; Kelly Services and Midwest Employees Benefit Consortium.
Susan has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Bowling Green State University and a Master's of Business Administration with specialization in Finance from DePaul University.
