Jerry Castelloe – President

Jerry was appointed President of the CoreSource Charlotte, N.C., office in 2006. He joined Fringe Benefit Review, a CoreSource predecessor company, as Director of Underwriting in 1984 and became President in 1988. Under the CoreSource name, Jerry became Vice President in 1994 and Regional Senior Vice President in 1999 before being promoted to his current position as President.

Jerry has a Bachelor's of Science in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Master's of Business Administration from Queens College in Charlotte, N.C. He holds designations as a Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU), Registered Health Underwriter (RHU) and Registered Employee Benefit Consultant (REBC). Jerry has also served as a member of the Board of the Self Insurance Institute of America and as Vice President of the SIIA Government Relations Committee.

Pat Clark – Vice President, Operations

Pat oversees the Claims Operations in the CoreSource Charlotte office, including Claims and Customer Service Administration for self-funded employer clients. She joined Fringe Benefit Review, a CoreSource predecessor company, in September 1980 as a Claims Manager. For 10 years previously, she was Claims Manager for a self-funded trucking company, responsible for administering claims for more than 2,000 non-union employees. She also served on the Board of Directors for their employer-sponsored Federal Credit Union. Pat graduated from King’s Business College in Charlotte, N.C., in 1971 and is HIAA Certified in Group Life and Health.  She is a volunteer for a non-profit community organization, Matthews Alive, which sponsors an event each year to raise money for the community.

Lee Rufty – Regional Vice President, Sales

Lee is responsible for business production in the CoreSource Charlotte office and is Sales Manager for the Atlanta office. Locally, Lee also has responsibility for the Sales Support and Underwriting departments in Charlotte. Lee joined CoreSource in 1993 as a Sales Executive. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and is a member of the National Association of Health Underwriters. Lee is involved with the Room in the Inn program, which provides shelter for the homeless in the Charlotte area.

David Earle – Regional Vice President, Client Management

David offers more than 20 years’ experience in leadership, service and operations in the healthcare industry. He joined CoreSource as Regional Vice President, Account Management, in 2003 and was named to his current role in 2006. He started a local HMO and was the head of its operations before it was acquired by the largest healthcare system in the area. Previously, he held leadership roles in operations and human resources with CIGNA Healthcare. He has also served as Vice President, Human Resources, for a Fortune 100 retail firm. He attended Appalachian State University in Boone, N.C., majoring in business.
