Jan Lynch – Vice President, Client Management
As Vice President, Client Management, Jan is responsible for overseeing the Baltimore office, leading the Client Management team and servicing several clients. After joining CoreSource in 1995 as a Client Manager, she was promoted to Director of Client Management in 1998 and to her current position in 2008.
Prior to joining CoreSource, Jan worked as a Senior Benefit Analyst for three years in the Financial Services Department of RCM&D, a regional brokerage firm. Previously, Jan was a Senior Benefits Specialist/Cost Containment Supervisor for ten years with The Travelers Group Claim Division and supervisor of the Employee Benefits Department.
Jan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from the University of Kentucky and is pursuing the Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) designation.
Lorie Conway – Vice President, Operations
As Vice President, Operations, Lorie is responsible for overseeing the Baltimore office and for all aspects of Operations.
Lorie Conway joined CoreSource in August 1988 as Director of Claim Administration. Previously, she worked for National Liberty Corporation in Valley Forge, Penn., as a Claim Analyst and Claim Supervisor.
She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology from West Chester University in Pennsylvania in 1984, a Master of Administrative Science with a concentration in human resources and behavioral management from Johns Hopkins University in 1994, and a Master of Arts degree in religion from Lancaster Theological Seminary in 2008.
Stacey Curtiss – Sales Executive
As Sales Executive, Stacey offers 18 years of experience in employee benefit consulting and brokerage in the Baltimore area. She rejoined CoreSource in May 2000 in the Sales and Marketing Department after spending seven years as an Account Executive and Senior Benefit Analyst for RCM&D and SRI/Hart Benefit Services. She previously worked as an Account Manager at CoreSource for three years.
Prior to relocating to Baltimore in 1990, Stacey was a Benefit Analyst for FlexBen Corporation in Detroit, where she worked for two years.
Stacey is a graduate of Michigan State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Employee and Labor Relations. She has also earned a Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) designation.
Scott Scibek – Sales Executive
Scott joined CoreSource in 2009 as Sales Executive, responsible for working with brokers and consultants in the Mid-Atlantic region to secure new business.
Scott, who has more than 16 years of experience in the employee benefits industry, has worked in Texas, North Carolina and Maryland. Prior to joining CoreSource, Scott was the Regional Vice President of Sales for Meritain Health.
Scott holds a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from the University of Maryland. He has also earned the Registered Health Underwriter (RHU) and Registered Employee Benefits Consultant (REBC) designations from the American College in Bryn Mawr, Pa.
