To control costs for our clients and their employees, CoreSource offers flexible spending accounts (FSAs), consumer-directed health plans and dental plan administration.
For employers, FSAs mean a lower payout for matching FICA taxes. For members, contributions can reduce taxable income and may increase disposable income. Our FSAs – a Medical Reimbursement Account and a Dependent Care Account – are available through CoreFlex.
Our two consumer-directed health plans – a health savings account (HSA) and a health reimbursement arrangement (HRA) – deliver tax benefits to employers and members.
We administer dental plans that offer a full range of services, including basic and preventive services, and provide access to many of the nation’s top dental networks, such as Aetna and Guardian.
