Clinical Guidance

Since health issues don’t keep regular office hours, members sometimes need health guidance after hours or in the middle of the night. Our Registered Nurses are available 24/7 to assist members by telephone or live chat, and may help them avoid unnecessary emergency room visits, which can be costly, all the while providing calming and caring guidance targeted to each situation. Our nurses can assess the severity of symptoms and guide members to the appropriate level of care, while also offering health information and patient-centered decision aids to improve outcomes and reduce overuse of resources.
