CoreCare Review at a Glance

  If you or a dependent is admitted to the hospital, our registered nurses and certified RN case managers will review your care throughout your hospital stay to ensure you are receiving appropriate, cost-effective medical care. Our nurses proactively work with your doctors and the hospital staff to plan for your discharge and aftercare.
